I Wrote a Book.
I did it. I wrote a book. And I'm still a little in shock. This book is the one I looked for my entire life and never found. So I wrote it myself. It answers the question I spent years asking — "Why do I act this way?" Not with therapy-speak. Not with platitudes. With a real framework that gets to the source. I'd love for you to read it and let me know how it impacts your life.💙 amazon.com/author/karenrubinstein
